that the Minister sees no objection to export being allowed.

With reference to the second paragraph of your letter

of June 8th, I am to say that the quantity of lead usually passing through the Straits Settlements is inconsiderable, and the Minister concurs in the instructions which Mr Bonar Law proposes to send to the Governor of the Straits Settlements.
